  • Veganism: Both the practice of abstaining from the use of animal products, particularly in diet, and an associated philosophy that rejects the commodity status of animals

  • Healthy Diet: Helps to maintain or improve overall health. A healthy diet provides the body with essential nutrition: fluid, amino acids from protein, essential fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, fiber and calories.
