Veganism: Both the practice of abstaining from the use of animal products,
particularly in diet, and an associated philosophy that rejects the commodity status of animals
Vegetarianism: The practice of not consuming meat. This may also include staying away from by-products of
animal slaughter.
Raw Foodism: Eating only, or mostly, uncooked, unprocessed foods. Raw food diets may include
a selection of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, eggs, fish, meat, and dairy products.
Healthy Diet: Helps to maintain or improve overall health. A healthy diet provides the body with essential
nutrition: fluid, amino acids from protein, essential fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, fiber and calories.
*However it is ok to have any of these foods every once in a while!
